1- Brew 5 grams of it each time and drink it instead of tea. It is antipyretic, antispasmodic, anti-fatigue, tranquilizer and calm the nerves, is effective for strengthening the stomach, relieving abdominal pain, gripes and reducing bloating, is useful for relieving heart palpitations, relieving migraines, relieving dizziness and ear whistling.
2- Its freshly smashed poultice is useful for wound healing.
